What do I need to do as a host?

Next to nothing! Link Boba Tea is responsible for all restocking and maintenance. A food handler’s permit is necessary to perform restocking duties, so we ask that hosts do not touch anything inside the machine.

Will we need any specific facilities?

The Boba Box requires electricity, so a standard 110V will be needed. As for a water source, it is not required, but would be preferable as it would be easier to keep the water tank stocked that way.

What if there is a problem with the Boba Box?

We will be leaving our direct contact information with each host in the event of any issue. Additionally, the Boba Box will notify us if supplies are running low so we will always be restocking before it becomes empty.

How do customers pay at the Boba Box?

The Boba Box operates on a Nayax card reader, which accepts major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay.

Can the flavors be changed in the Boba Box?
Yes, there will be an interactive QR code on the Boba Box that customers can use to Input their opinions on what flavors they would like.

Is my business a good fit for a Boba Box?
